A young couple came to us at the start of their renovation project wanting something contemporary in design but with the warmth of wood. A modern, Square edged, shaker style approach was required here.

We decided to Construct the facias out of Solid Maple. This is a very light coloured wood, making the kitchen very bright and airy. For the worktops we used a mixture of Bon Accord Granite tops around the Cooker and sink with Maple for the other lower traffic areas.

Either side of the Britannia Cooker we made two units with deep drawers in to store all the pots and pans you could ever wish for!

A kitchen similar to this would be in the region of £15,000 excluding appliances at today's prices.
