Commissioning a kitchen with Priory is a very personal and involving process. Being a small family business you will get to know all of us really quite well by the end of the project. Because we only take on any one project at a time we can devote all our energies to working with you to create your unique kitchen.

We work with you through every stage of the job. This usually starts with an initial on site consultation with Pat and Bill to discuss your ideas. From this we will provide you with a set of plans and a price. As every project we take on is different we have no set price list for individual units etc. If you decide to proceed with the work we require a deposit with your order. At this point we will finalise all the finer points of your design and provide you with an estimated completion date. This is usually 6-8 weeks from date of order. From here we can start construction and gather together all the separate components unique to your project.

Once everything has been completed in the workshop we can start to prepare the site and fit the units. We provide a basic electrical and plumbing service. We are able to move and add wall sockets and plumb your sink and dishwasher. This can save you the trouble of organizing separate workmen. However, we are not corgi registered so will not touch any gas pipes.

Once all the furniture is fitted we will take templates for the granite worktops and take them to the stone masons. It can take up to 10 working days for these to be completed. If possible we will provide some temporary worktops and plumb your sink while this is going on. Finally we will return to fit the granite and apply all the finishing touches such as tiles to complete the job.
